RT3000C Tread Cutter
Our Redback RT3000C tread cutter cuts the tread after removing sidewalls* from truck and passenger tyres. Simply feed the tyre onto the cutting wheels, and the wheels will pull the tyre through while cutting. The tread cutter has an approximate cycle time of 3–4 seconds per tyre. The cutting wheels are a formed hardened steel cutting discs and will cut many treads before requiring replacing. The unit is designed for low maintenance.
